Finally a Finale’: The Batman Arkham Knight Preview Leaves Fans Panting
The Arkham series is one of those rare gems of the videogame world that has received very little negative feedback. The Batman Arkham Knight preview that most recently has been shown to fans reveals a beautiful glimpse into the world being developed by Rocksteady Games. This newest installment seems to be an upcoming crown that will further glorify the game developers.
An Intense Story Line
Arkham having had a breath of peace after the death of the Joker falls prey to the infamous Scarecrow. Much like his actions in the plot of Batman Begins the 2005 masterpiece, Scarecrow has the city emptied with threats and the use of chemical warfare. It is on the shoulders of the Dark Knight to reverse this gruesome situation, and to save the city from a classic cast of villains only he is suited to thwart.
A Pushed Release Date to June 2015 Means Good Things for Fans
A pushed release date is at first an obvious negative factor to fans of the series. However, if you truly stop to think about why and what the decision might mean for the player, then a sigh of relief can be taken. With a studio that develops games as well crafted as those that have come from Rocksteady, customers can feel assured that the decision to push back release dates is not to simply gain hype. The Batman Arkham Knight Preview that debuted at E3 in 2014 showed gameplay that revealed an immense undertaking as far as development is concerned. If Rocksteady were uncertain of their product, then it would not have met the expectations of the consumer. The certainty of a game with fluid controls, impressive aesthetics, and a compelling story are a rarity. Rocksteady is thus far famous for delivering on all three.
A New Generation for Batman
Batman Arkham Knight is being released across all “next generation” consoles. The game being purchasable on the Xbox One, Playstation 4, Mac, Windows or Linux operating systems means there will be no dulled down rendering for the fans. Customers will be able to expect high quality and fluid mechanics. From what has been shown of gameplay, there seems to be driving mechanics conferrable with those of Grand Theft Auto 5 and Character mechanics that outshine previous installments of the series. This may be one of the games that push systems further to bring forth a better product.
Aesthetics Comparable to Film
Since the new installment of the Arkham series is coming to the next generation of consoles, the graphical quality is impeccable. The Batman Arkham Knight preview revealed seamless camera movements from cut scene to gameplay like never before. Computers are typically able to present higher graphic quality than that of the console. However, many refuse to spend the money that it costs to purchase one of these gaming computers. The new age of consoles has made graphic quality and affordability attainable for all players.
