Destiny Rise of Iron Artifacts information
Destiny Rise of Iron Artifacts will be a new way to customize your Guardians abilities. The Artifacts will still give you a slight boost to your Guardians Intellect/Discipline/Strength but also a new powerful ability. Below is a list of the Artifacts that we know about and the abilities they offer.
Memory of Felwinter:
Gain and extra grenade and melee charge, a boost to all your stats and picking up orbs recharge your grenade and melee abilities, all at the cost of a having a super.
Memory of Silimar:
All damage-over-time effects are dramatically reduced. With the Thorn coming back, this may come in handy.
Memory of Timur:
Turn low tier enemies into allies with your melee attack. One hit turns them onto their confused allies. A second hit turns them back into your enemy. The turning into ally effect lasts for 30 seconds.
Memory of Gheleon:
Gain precision radar at all times. Including when looking down sites on primary weapons.
Memory of Radegast:
Reflect energy-based projectiles with your heavy weapon sword. Reflect things like Orge blasts, or Crucible rockets.
Memory of Perun:
Highlights enemies that have full super in yellow and highlights enemies with low health in red.
Memory of Jolder:
100% elimination of sprint cool-down for guardians who have this artifact equipped.
Memory of Skorri:
Receive a glowing aura of light that speeds up super recharge rates for all nearby allies.
There is also a mystery Artifact that will most likely be name after sniper named Efrideet. She has no statue in the Iron Mausoleum but we will be exploring her legacy soon enough. A few artifacts can be acquired from Tyra Karn at Felwinter Peak. Once you have an artifact, it must be activated in the Iron Mausoleum. You put the corresponding artifact to it’s namesake. A flame is lit to let you know the progress of your activation. Destiny Rise of Iron Artifacts seems like it is going to be a great edition to the game. I can wait to deflect some rockets in the Crucible. I think these change with give some much anticipated versatility to gameplay.
