The Division 1.6.1 Final Measure Build – Expect Hate Mail, Seriously!
Here is The Division 1.6.1 Final Measure Build that we’ve been working on. You can most assuredly expect hate mail with this build. Seriously, in just getting the footage for the video, I received a ton of hate from people that were thwarted by the build. I don’t understand why but; people do not like it when you defused their grenades I guess ;^). Also, you will be able to play more aggressively knowing that, those seekers will not be able to take you out. One of the main benefits of The Division 1.6.1 Final Measure build is that you have increased exotic damage resilience. Well, let’s break it down and show you how you can put together this Final Measure Build.
Major Attributes: Health and Exotic Damage Resilience
Minor Attribute: Ammo Capacity
There are only going to be two pieces of gear that will have Exotic Damage Resilience on them and this is one of them. Since the 2-piece set bonus for The Division 1.6.1 Final Measure Build is 25% Exotic Damage Resilience, we want to compliment that with a little extra resilience on some of our gear set. This will make it very hard for seeker mines to do any serious damage to you. In the video above, there is a shot of our AYG’s Alphateam, taking a seeker mine right to the face and not even losing half of his life.

Minor Attribute: Burn Resistance
This is the other piece of gear that we will be spec-ing for Exotic Damage Resilience. With this piece, the chest piece, and the 2 set bonus for the Final Measure, your Exotic Damage Resilience with be 47%. Which means, you will only be taking about half the damage from any grenades or seeker mines that actually hit you.
Major Attribute: Health
Minor Attributes: Burn, Bleed and Shock resistances are good choices here.
Having that short fuse time on your grenades goes really well with the Division 1.6.1 Final Measure build. Since you will be defusing grenades constantly, you can make using grenades an important part of your offense. This is also a piece of gear where you can roll for Exotic Damage Resilience as a major attribute but, you should roll for health instead. You have enough EDR to make a difference already so, spec-ing for health will be the better option here.
Major Attribute: Health
Minor attribute: Burn Resistance
Since we will be using our weapons a lot we need at least one piece of gear with Firearms and this is it. We also want to keep our overall toughness around 300k so having health here is a must. You could roll for skill power instead of health but, through experience, we can tell you that health will have a more positive impact.
Major Attributes: Skill Haste, Critical Hit Chance, SMG Damage
Since we are not running a pulse with this build, we need to spec for some critical hit chance. Also, some skill haste would be good here to, in order to help get our first aid skill back as soon as possible. The SMG Damage boost is because we are going to be using the Navy MP5 N.
Major Attribute: Health
Rolling for health here is good. If you watch the video, you will see that we got a pretty good holster for the division 1.6.1 Final Measure build. 1272’s across the board. This is probably the best piece of gear we have. Take a look.
Also, all of the performance mods should be Turret Damage. We tried a bunch of options here and the turret damage mods will benefits us the most.
Because we can spec into some serious critical hit chance, we wanted to go with SMG’s so we can get that little extra CHC from the weapon as well. This will make for some serious overall weapon damage from any SMG.
Weapon Talents should be spec-ed for Critical Hit Damage and Critical Hit Chance.
We went with the fire turret simply because it was the hardest hitting turret out of the bunch. we will be using the turret to help with overall damaging our opponents rather than controlling space so, we need it to do some serious damage. Also, the booster shot is for that over heal. Since we are not using a vigorous chest piece, the booster shot is our only chance to get an over heal. That over heal will come in handy more often then not.
Recovery Link, in my option, is the better of the three Signature Skills hands down.
For your Talents you can choose which ever talents compliment your game play the most. We suggest Triage for the added skill haste and Combat Medic for its team support.
The Division 1.6.1 Final Measure build is meant to be play aggressively. Get out there and lead your team with forceful game play. We wish we had more time to compile more game play footage but we wanted to get this article and video out as soon as possible before the 1.7 update came out and changed everything. This was one of the more fun builds we ever done. It’s also one of those builds that works well in PVP and PVE. Take it to the Dark Zone or us it in an incursion. Either way you will be set.
