The Division 1.6 Predator’s Mark Build – They Will Bleed!
The Division 1.6 Predator’s Mark Build is the first build article we’ve done that centers around Firearms instead of Skill Power. This build is very powerful and we hope you enjoy it. Below you will find a breakdown of all the gear, weapon and skills used to get the most out of this build. Also, if you hate reading you can just check out the video here at the top. This Division 1.6 Predator’s Mark build is a very Run and Gun style of game play so, if that’s how you like getting down the check it out.
Major Attributes: Enemy Armor Damage and Health on Kill
Minor Attribute: Ammo Capacity
The Vigorous talent “grants over heal to all of your healing skills”. Since we are doing a “run and gun” build, we are going to need as much health as possible without compromising our firearms. The over heal with this chest piece gives us that extra bit of protection while we are out there putting bullets in faces.
Major Attribute: Enemy Armor Damage
Minor Attribute: Burn Resistance
This is one of the pieces of gear that does NOT have an options to roll health so we are going with Enemy Armor Damage as a major attribute. We also chose burn resistance as the minor because this is most likely the damage type that you will be coming across the most in P.V.P..
Major Attribute: Health
Minor Attributes: Burn, Shock and Bleed resistance are great choices
Rolling health whenever possible is a must. Here is one of the pieces of gear where we can do that. Also, this piece of gear is Stamina. The Stamina option can be on any piece of gear but we’ve chosen to go with it here in order to be congruent with the video. Having one piece of Stamina gear, with all the health mods and attributes, will get us to a toughness around 350k. That is just right around where we want to be in order to stay competitive in gun fights.
Major Attribute: Health
Minor attribute: Ammo Capacity or Burn Resistance
Health again will be our major attribute of choice and for the minor, it’s good to go with ammo capacity or burn resistance. Normally, we go with a high end backpack because of how much benefit they are for skill builds but since we are working on a firearms build, we can make this one of the four Predator’s Mark piece and use a high end somewhere else.
Major Attributes: Assault rifle damage, SMG damage and Critical Hit Chance
There is some variety in the major attributes here as well. These are the best option because the 3 part Predator’s Mark build gives an eight percent boost to both assault rifle damage and SMG damage. Having those weapon damages here as well, would be a huge boost to your overall DPS(Damage Per Second). Plus the 7 percent crit chance increase and the addition six percent that you can roll, would give your assault rifle a thirteen percent critical hit chance boost from these gloves alone. Not too bad.
Major Attribute: Health
Again, a health roll is the best option here hands down. We need as much health as we can get.
All gear mods should be Firearms and Health. We’ve tried a lot of variations with the mods and these still seems to be the best options. These is where we will be getting some good support to our overall toughness and firearms. Since the Division 1.6 Predator’s Mark build is primarily a DPS monster, we need that boost to firearms any where we can get it.
Also, all of the performance mods should be “Pulse Critical Hit Chance“. We will go over why in the “Talents” section.
Because the Division 1.6 Predator’s Mark build gives us a boost to SMG’s and Assault Rifles, it only makes sense to use those weapons. Plus with all the critical hit chance we’ve been spec-ing for, we will get some serious damage out of these weapons. As for weapon talents, we go with a “hurried” on our SMG’s and some responsive as well. The Assault Rifles would be best with some responsive as well.
We are using the Defibrillator because we always want to remain team players and the Pulse Scrambler in order to negate anyone else’s pulse abilities. With the scramber, we can make sure no one is getting that extra crit damage and crit chance on us when we are out there running and gunning.
Recovery Link, in my option is the better of the three Signature Skills hands down. Always choose it.
I’ve been told that Shrapnel does not get activated with the bleed from the division 1.6 predator’s mark build but is will when 1.6.1 come out. That is good news. The other talents are really just up to you. Go with what keeps the game fun.
We will say this, the Division 1.6 Predator’s Mark build is a great alternative to builds like the AlphaBridge or Striker build. You can get a ton of DPS out of it and the game remains fun to play. Give it a shot and tell us what you think of our build in the comments.
