The Division 1.6 Tactician’s Authority Build – Devastation Incarnate
The Division 1.6 Tactician’s Authority Build that we came up will devastate your opponents. Check it out and see if you agree. This Skill Power/Electronics build is the perfect set up for running point or playing a support role in any team you are in. You can get the most out of this build in P.V.P.(Player vs. Player) or P.V.E.(Player vs. Engine). In the tabs below you can see just how we achieve the stats that are in the video. Keep in mind that there are tons of ways to run The Division 1.6 Tactician’s Authority Build, this article is just to show you how we think it works best. In short, this is a 4 part Tactician’s Authority piece and a 2 part High End build; with the high end pieces being the chest piece and the backpack. Let’s go!
Major Attributes: Health and Health on Kill
Minor Attribute: Ammo Capacity
Any time you are running an Electronics/Skill Power build, it is important to get as much toughness as you can from other places. That why we chose the Vigorous chest piece and that’s why we will always try and roll to get “Health” as a major attribute. Vigorous is “grants over heal to all of your healing skills”.
Major Attribute: Skill Power
Minor Attribute: Burn Resistance
This is one of the piece of gear that does NOT have an options to roll health so we are going with skill power as a major attribute. We also chose burn resistance as the minor because this is most likely the damage type that you will be coming across the most in P.V.P..
Major Attribute: Health
Minor Attributes: Burn and Shock Resistance as well as Damage to Elites
Here is an instance where you could roll for health or skill power as a major attribute. When you have the choice between the two, always go for health, at least when you are dealing with an Electronics build type. Here is also where you can knock out 3 different types of damage resistance. The most ideal choices would be: burn, shock and bleed resistance but there is some room for variety here.
Major Attribute: Health
Minor attribute: Ammo Capacity or Burn Resistance
Health again will be our major attribute of choice and for the minor, it’s good to go with ammo capacity or burn resistance. Also, the “Inventive” talent on this high end backpack is were we will be getting a 15 percent boost to skill power, as long as our health is full. With the Vigorous chest piece, our health will be full the majority of the time.
Major Attributes: Skill Haste, Health on Kill, Various Weapon Damage/Critical Hit Chance
There is some variety in the major attributes here as well. The only one that we would say is a must in the “skill haste”. Since we will be relying on our skill to be helping out a lot with this build, we want those skill to be available as soon as possible. As for the other two attributes, pick the one’s that you will get the most benefit from considering your weapon load out.
Major Attribute: Health
Again, a health roll is the best option here hands down. We need as much health as we can get.
All gear mods should be Electronics with skill power. We’ve tried a lot of variations with the mods and these still seems to be the best options. I know you may be thinking more firearms or more health, but it would come at too much of a cost to the overall damage that we will be doing with our skills. It is The Division 1.6 tactician’s authority build; it’s meant to be skill power, powered!
Also, all of the performance mods should be “seeker mine damage”…yeah, you know why.
This is another area where you can pick and choose what you want to use. Go nuts and use the weapons that you are most devastating with. If you do choose to go with an SMG, make sure those weapon mods come with Critical Hit Chance!
This is the bread and butter of the Division 1.6 tactician’s authority build. With the first aid you will be able to heal a tremendous amount very quickly and a good amount of health over time. This is the main reason you will be a great support player. Also, the seeker mine damage is ridiculous. Most of the time you will be dropping opponents in one shot. Recovery Link, in my option is the better of the three Signature Skills hands down. Always choose it.
Triage and Wildfire are the only 2 Talents that we would say must be in your load out. Otherwise, you can choose which ever talents that are going to improve your overall gaming experience. We are using Combat Medic and Chain Reaction as our two additional talents.
I can honestly say that you will have a lot of fun with this Division 1.6 tactician’s authority build. The RNG gods were not kind to me when I was farming for the pieces of gear for this build. If you watch the video you will see what I mean. All that really means is that you can make the build even better than the one that is in the video. The backpack and the holster that we ended up with were a little sub par but, they worked out just fine.
